To strengthen our brand and communications, we’re looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll report directly to the CMO and help shape how the world sees Adacta. 

Once you're here, you will

• Run marketing communications activities (corporate, events, webinars, digital and product campaigns
• Coordinate marketing communications activities with different internal teams and partners
• Handling PR initiatives and partnerships with local agencies and industry analysts  
• Plan and execution of Client and Partner related events: content, material preparation
• Manage corporate digital assets such as the corporate website, corporate collateral, and corporate social media pages
• Manage the corporate brand and brand assets (brand book, templates, stationery, merch) and ensure brand quality and consistency across channels  
• Analyse and monitor competitors' marketing efforts and use those insights to adjust our activities, messages, and positioning
• Analyse campaign performance and plan future improvements  
• Collaborate with the marketing lead generation to develop innovative programs that drive demand
• Assist in the preparation of the corporate Marketing strategy with input related to B2B brand communication  

What are we looking for? 

Experience and skills: 

• Experience in managing marketing communications, preferably within the B2B software industry
• Content and copywriting experience
• Knowledge of website, marketing analytics, and marketing automation tools
• Experience in leading and managing product or brand-related marketing communication activities
• Understanding and experience in B2B Social media marketing, particularly B2B platforms such as LinkedIn
• Strong communication skills - collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams
• At least 3 years of experience in managing marketing communication activities. 

Languages: 

• English level C1.
