At Adacta we are known for innovative solutions, a results-oriented mindset, and a flexible workplace. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team as a replacement for a colleague on maternity leave (fixed contract for one year). 

Once you’re here, you will 

Be responsible for supporting the marketing team across multiple areas, including digital marketing, MarTech operations, content management, analytics, and internal coordination.  

General responsibilities and activities:  

• Manage Adacta’s online presence on comparison portals and track competitive visibility to strengthen brand awareness. 
• Handle updates, troubleshooting, data management for Marketing CRM HubSpot. Act as the liaison for external agency recommendations.  
• Conduct keyword research, track backlinks, and optimize website visibility using tools like DIIB, Frase, and Google Search Console.  
• Manage internal SharePoint portals for document management and tracking of industry events.  
• Oversee Adacta’s Website CMS (EN & DE), including managing pages, models, assets, translations, and properties in collaboration with the web team. Ensure all German translations are aligned with English originals. 
• Manage existing and new intent-related technologies such as Snitcher and 6sense, including reporting and vendor relations. 
• Handle invoices and expense tracking.  
• Coordinate and edit video materials. 

Who are we looking for? 

• Experience in the role of Marketing Assistant. 
• Strong communication skills, presentation, and leadership skills. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Attention to detail and eye for quality. 
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Research skills. 
• MA in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field.
