We’re looking for new valued member of our Business Analysis team. This person will be tasked with planning, coordinating, and documenting the AdInsure core insurance platform into clients' existing application landscape. We are looking for people who are curious, courageous, innovative, collaborative and passionate about IT and can facilitate business and technical discussions with various counterparts, technical and non-technical.
Once you're here you will:
- Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of business requirements and platform architecture to effectively support the implementation and development of software products in insurance product design, sales, policy management, and claims to handle.
- Communicate with customer representatives from business and technical areas as you gather requirements and present the platform.
- Manage and document business requirements and provide consulting for subject areas.
- Develop documentation (functional specifications) based on requirements and other inputs.
- Collaborate with other business analysts, software developers, and technical team leads.
- Bring an infectious, positive, can-do attitude and a relentless aspiration for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers.
Who are we looking for?

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Another foreign language is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skill and mindset, with research, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities

The following skills would be nice to have but are not formal requirements:
- Experience with the implementation lifecycle of insurance IT solutions
- Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile tools (e.g. JIRA); experience in insurance or other financial services
