At Adacta, we pride ourselves on efficiency, collaboration, and creating a supportive workplace. We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing essential support to our employees and visitors.


Once you’re here, you will:

  • Help coordinate and optimise business travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and visas.
  • Support employees during travel-related issues and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Help manage office operations, including supplies, documentation, and workspace organisation.
  • Support offboarding processes and provide help during onboarding for new hires where needed.
  • Help organise internal events, safety training, and other company activities.
  • Maintain professional communication with suppliers, business partners, and team members.


Who are we looking for?

A person at the start of their career, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys taking initiative to keep things running smoothly. If you love creating a welcoming, efficient workplace, we’d love to have you on our team!

Qualifications that we expect:

  • At least a Level V education (equivalent to secondary vocational education or similar)
  • Great communication skills (written as well as verbal)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Effective organisation and time management skills
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic business environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
