Once you’re here you will:
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan for selected CEE markets, aligned with Adacta’s insurance software growth strategy.
- Identify, approach and develop new business opportunities with insurers, MGAs, brokers, insurance groups and insurance technology partners across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Use an existing professional network in the CEE insurance sector to generate qualified leads and accelerate access to relevant decision-makers.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, business owners, IT leaders, operations leaders, product owners and transformation teams.
- Conduct market research to identify target accounts, regional insurance trends, modernization initiatives, competitive positioning and partnership opportunities.
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities through discovery, consultative selling and structured follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver product, solution and company presentations tailored to insurance business and technology stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate RFI/RFP responses, commercial proposals and offer preparation in cooperation with product, delivery, consulting, legal and finance teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to proposal, negotiation, contract preparation and signing.
- Represent Adacta at regional insurance industry events, conferences, partner meetings and client workshops.
- Maintain accurate account, opportunity and activity records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts and sales reports.
- Contribute to regional sales strategy, target account planning, go-to-market activities and partnership development.
- Build long-term customer relationships and support customer satisfaction, retention and account expansion.

You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders, and identifying business opportunities in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications that we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise software, insurance, or consulting sales.
- Experience working with insurance companies, brokers, MGAs, or other regulated B2B clients.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, manage opportunities, and close deals.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in working with senior decision-makers and multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of enterprise software solutions and business processes.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English; additional CEE languages are a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or insurtech industry is considered an advantage.
