At Adacta, we are known for innovative solutions, a results-oriented mindset, and a flexible workplace. We're looking for an early-to-mid career DevOps engineer who wants to grow - helping us build, automate, and run the infrastructure behind our proprietary enterprise software for insurance companies across the EU.
Once you're here, you will:
- Be part of an international team keeping our AdInsure platform running smoothly across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Work on our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments, taking ownership of tickets and following them through to done.
- Learn Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code hands-on, with senior engineers around you to learn from.
- Champion knowledge sharing and cultivate learning in the team - sharing what you figure out instead of keeping it to yourself.
Technologies we use: Azure, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Linux, Bash, PowerShell and Python. It would be great if you're familiar with Kubernetes, Terraform, or monitoring and observability tools (Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus).
What do you need to be successful?
- 2-4 years of hands-on DevOps, infrastructure, or sysadmin experience.
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar).
- Comfortable with Linux administration and basic networking.
- Scripting ability with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- A willingness to learn Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code if you're not there yet.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements
- Exposure to Kubernetes (deployment, basic troubleshooting).
- Familiarity with Terraform or another IaC tool.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus).
- An interest in security and DevSecOps practices.
Who you are
You're early-to-mid career and want to grow. You ask questions, follow through on tickets without hand-holding, and you're not afraid to say when something is outside your current knowledge — while being eager to close that gap. You want senior engineers around you, not because you can't do the work, but because you want to learn from people who've done it longer.
You ask questions instead of guessing or staying stuck, and you follow through on what you commit to without needing reminders. You speak up early when something is blocked or going wrong, rather than sitting on it. You take feedback well and act on it — you want to improve, not just be right. You share what you learn instead of quietly figuring it out alone, and you stay composed when something breaks: reporting calmly, and escalating when it's genuinely needed.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation, which will depend on your own experience.
- The opportunity to share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
- All the latest tech you need.
- Skip the commute and work from home — we have a hybrid work model in place.
- Keep your inner child alive with our game room and bikes; we hold monthly game challenges and much more.
Find a career path. Not just a job.
