We're looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to help us build, automate, and run the infrastructure behind our proprietary enterprise software for insurance companies across the EU - and to own the hard problems end to end.

Once you're here, you will:

• Be part of an international team keeping our AdInsure platform running smoothly across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Own our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and Kubernetes deployments, and set the standard for how we ship reliably into production.
• Lead the way on resilience and incident response - reading unfamiliar systems, forming a hypothesis, and fixing what's broken without the drama.
• Champion knowledge sharing, cultivate learning, and mentor the engineers around you - no knowledge silos, no single points of failure.

Technologies we use: Azure (AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Azure DevOps), Terraform, Kubernetes and Helm, GitLab, Bash, PowerShell and Python. It would be great if you're familiar with .NET / Java build toolchains or DevSecOps tooling (Trivy, Dependency Track, SAST).

What do you need to be successful?

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps / infrastructure engineering.
• Strong Azure expertise: AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Azure DevOps.
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform.
• Deep CI/CD experience across multiple platforms (GitLab, Azure DevOps, …).
• Kubernetes: deployment, networking, and production troubleshooting, with Helm.
• Scripting for automation with Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• A proven ability to own infrastructure problems end to end, independently.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

The following skills would be nice to have, but are not formal requirements

• Experience with SVN-to-Git migrations and legacy pipeline modernisation.
• Experience in insurance, finance, or other regulated industries.
• Azure certifications (DevOps-related or equivalent).
• Familiarity with .NET / Java build toolchains.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices (Trivy, Dependency Track, SAST).
